Introduction

 

Tracey Young is a Registered Social Worker (RSW), counsellor, coach, and consultant, and the founder of Catalyst Enterprises BC.  

 

Tracey is an experienced, collaborative, and caring person who provides a client-centred and solution-focused perspective that helps create opportunities for clarity, change, healing and growth.

She helps individuals, families, and organizations develop clarity, work through challenges, facilitates change, and assists people and organizations through transitions.


In her work with clients, she helps people develop clarity about themselves, their relationships, and their life direction. She assists people who are going through life transitions, recovering from challenging and distressing situations, and supports people as they go through change and growth in their lives.

• Coping with stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief and loss, and burnout

Supporting older adults, family caregivers and front line workers, such as social workers, nurses, law enforcement and Canadian Armed Forces and veterans

Workplace bullying, harassment, mobbing, gaslighting, whistle blowing, and toxic and unsafe workplace environments

Coping with toxic, psychologically abusive, manipulative, unhealthy, and pathological people and relationships, including narcissists and psychopaths

Stressful family relationships, transitions, crisis and processing traumatic family environments

Coping with chronic pain, temporary and permanent disabilities


Tracey is an approved service provider as a counsellor for the following:

· Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) members

· Crime Victims Assistance program (CVAP)

· Medavie/Blue Cross

· Veterans Affairs (VA)

· RCMP (in progress)

Tracey provides counselling, consulting, and coaching services to individuals, families, groups, and organizations around BC.

Tracey also provides investigations and expertise in resolving different types of challenges, including family, legal, labour relations, and workplace issues.
